CONTRACT

I reserve the right to refuse the sale of any kitten pictured on
this web site at anytime without explanation.

Kittens are reserved by a non-refundable deposit only.
Deposits are considered payment toward boarding, grooming
and lost opportunities if the buyer changes their mind,
so please, be SURE before you send a deposit.

If for some reason (other than medical that has been verified
by a veterinarian-in writing) the buyer decides they do not
want to keep any cat or kitten once paid for in full, the seller
will keep a 50% of the purchase price as a recovery fee.
All transportation expenses involved in the return of the
said cat will be the buyer's responsibility.
